Emperador Inc. (EMI) was originally incorporated on November 26, 2001 as Touch Solutions, Inc. with the primary purpose of establishing and operating information technology services and products. On July 31, 2013, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the change in the Company’s primary purpose to that of a holding company. On September 5, 2013, the SEC approved the change in name to the present one.
